In purchasing robot offered on this website you agree that any and all use of any offered system or method is solely at your own risk and without any recourse whatsoever to the seller, seller’s associates, subsidiaries, agents or partners. You understand that you are using any system offered here entirely at your own risk.

PRODUCT UPGRADE POLICY

Lifetime license purchase is entitled for 1 year of product upgrade from the date of purchase, where if there is any upgrade of version happening within 1 year, it will be Free Of Charge. After 1 year, the Free Upgrade Benefit will be uplifted. Any newer version will require a minimum purchase of 1 add-on license.

Versions older than the current purchased version are still usable, ie.: If you purchased V9.2 EA, any version before V9.2 is usable within your current license key, within the 365 Days of purchase, if we came out with V9.3 & V9.4, you are entitled for a free version upgrade. However, if after the product upgrade warranty is uplifted, and Gold Pecker came out with V9.5, your access version is up to V9.4. To get V9.5, an add-on is required, with a different license key.

Multiple license purchased will be entitled for longer warranty. ie.: Purchase 1 lifetime license = 1 year Free Upgrade Benefit, 2 lifetime licenses = 2 years Free Upgrade Benefit.

WE OFFER NO REFUNDS

In trading currencies in the FOREX market people can and often do lose money. Past performance is not an indication of, nor a guarantee of future performance of any system or method as markets can change.

No guarantee is or can be given that any system or method will continue to perform similarly in the future. If you have any doubts about trading currencies using any system or method offered here you should first consult your own financial advisor.

Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Further, since the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under compensated or over compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity.

Please note that users who filed a chargeback/dispute request or a claim are not eligible for a refund. Refunds or account credits will not be issued in situations as follows

1. You are not able to activate the Gold Pecker Software in time before your membership/license expires.
2. You experience dissatisfaction with our system after purchase.
3. You have changed your mind about using our product and service.
4. You purchased our product/services by mistake.
5. You do not have sufficient expertise to use our system.
